We are having an open house week! Come to any of our classes (or all of them March 2nd through March 8th) for free! It's our gift to the community! So, come and bring your friends!
What a wonderful way to end the week!
Yoga will help you get rid of any stress you picked up and be ready for whatever your weekend holds!
Class includes several types of yoga, postures, deep relaxation, life skills, and meditation.
Class is from 5:30pm to 7pm.
Both Beginners and Advanced students will feel comfortable at this class.
Remember to wear comfortable clothing.
A Towel or mat is recommended, though not required.
Our floor is carpeted and double padded. So, rubber mats are definitely not needed!
To help everyone have a great experience, please remember to turn your cell phones off or leave them in the car.
