Satsang group meetings will be held weekly in Pasadena. They are opportunities to nurture your spirituality through devotional practices such as kirtan, and increase your knowledge of yoga and spirituality.
2) Class on 5 Yogic Sciences - includes yogasana (yoga poses) practice:
This class will run weekly. It will include: 1) practice of yoga poses; 2) breathwork or pranayam; 3) meditation; 4) subtle body relaxation; and 5) science of proper diet.
Yoga sessions and satsang meetings are all free of cost. You can come now and then or come regularly to each session. The more you participate the greater the benefits to you.
Wherever you are on your journey in yoga and meditation, whatever your mobility level is, whatever your faith, there is something you can benefit from.
