I love teaching and practicing yoga, especially outdoors. Join me for a gentle, flowing yoga session in Memorial Park in Albany, including partner stretches, walking meditation and free dance.
All levels are welcome, you can be a complete beginner or an expert yogi/ni. Bring your own mat or blanket, or practice on the grass.
The focus is on breath and healing.

Yoga session in Memorial Park, Albany. We will meet on the grass and chant OM together, followed by some gentle stretches with the breath and sun salutations. Then we will do partner stretches and standing poses, a walking meditation or free dance. Finally, we will gather for savasana, lying down on the grass and breathing.
An optional donation box will be available, with 50% of donations going to benefit Albany SchoolCARE.
