Join us for Free Yoga on the Beach led by Pam. Yoga is a great way to start your Thursday! All levels of experience are welcome. What do you need to bring? It is suggested that you bring a yoga mat and a blanket for underneath. The summer sun is hot so remember your sunscreen and water.

    It was an amazing experience. I recommend everyone to Pam's yoga class. Not only is it healing, it is loving, nurturing for the spirit. I have a back problem, and I found it very healing physically. I wish I an go again tonight, however I have an appointment. I will definitely work on attending at least every Thursday morning. Pam thank you very much. I really enjoyed your Yoga class! :))

    I can bring a beach towel, however I do not have a mat, yet. I have some back pain, and I wanted to know if the Yoga exercises are strenuous. I can walk approximately 3hrs, and I believe I can handle it, however it is always good to find out. Thanks. :))
