With over 25 years in the Health and Fitness Industry, Cassandra draws from her experience as a Personal Trainer, Physical Therapy Aide, and Group Exercise Instructor to incorporate variety into a wellness practice. Cassandra began her yoga practice in pursuit of a remedy for anxiety. Soon after her first class, her heart was lead to study yoga's life shifting modalities to serve others.
