Join us for Free Yoga on the Beach led by Pam. Yoga is a great way to start your Friday! All levels of experience are welcome. What do you need to bring? It is suggested that you bring a yoga mat and a blanket for underneath. The summer sun is hot so remember your sunscreen and water.
