Don't be scared of winter, its the best exercise weather!
Looking for people to join in circuiting the Stairs. You know the ones, just off Memorial overlooking downtown. There is no set regimen; I'm looking to bring some new faces out and to get motivated and as a group to achieve our own personal fitness goals in one location. Perhaps go for tea or hot chocolate afterwards, time permitting.
We'll test this out to start, and if it attracts a decent crowd I'd like to make this event recurring!
