meet a few new people and have a laugh and a natter while get a bit fitter
I tend to run on my own but it would be great to run with others at a steady pace
This group is for anyone looking for a learn to run group. We would be meeting 3 times a week in the downtown or bowness area. Also we will be meeting once a month for a hike, or bike ride.
