Hi Everybody, The Ice Caves are closed! We will do a different hike and schedule Ice Caves hike for a future date when they re-open. We will still hike this Sunday. We will be doing a loop hike in Minnewaska Lake Preserve. We start at the hike at Peter's Kill Parking lot (5080 Route 44-55, Gardiner, NY 12525) , we hike to Awosting Falls, enjoy FROZEN Awosing Falls and then continue on the Trapps Road. Snow shoes will be needed. We will rent them at New Paltz. The group rate is $14/person, normally it is $15. There is no entry fee. If you drive with your car, parking is $8/car. Due to change of plans please update your RSVP and if you don't have snow shoes let us know. We will prepay and reserve them on Friday as they are on a first come first serve basis.
