    By some funny coincidence, the latest Express magazine features an article on mindfulness as practised by the great Jon Kabat-Zinn and its powerful properties when it comes to managing stress/anxiety. There is now so much scientific evidence that mindfulness promotes wellbeing that the British NHS officially recognises and prescribes it!
