About this group:

This group was born from the  Phoenix Atheists Meetup Group (PAMG) as a way to concentrate and nurture efforts to bring together freethinking, atheist, agnostic and other non-believer families with children. Our goal is to be a catalyst in the development of a more personal, supportive community of freethinkers.

We hope you will find community in this group, a place to connect and find families you want to get to know outside of just the meetup events posted here.  If you have questions or suggests, please  contact Chrystine the FFV organizer by viewing her profile and then clicking "Send Message" along the left hand side.

FYI:

To help you get started on our meetup page, please note that you can edit how you are emailed by the group by going to 'Account' in the top right corner and then 'Membership and Communication' to manage your settings.  We suggest that you accept emails from the forum, as this is a great way for parents to share discussion about questions regarding raising freethinking families, resources, etc.

We highly encourage you to attend a meetup soon after joining so we can meet each other and welcome you to the group.  This is a meetup group, not just a social site like Facebook where you join a group and keep tabs online.  :)

When you RSVP "yes" for an event, please put the number of people in your family that will be in attendance.
