This month we have a great session on tap, featuring Michael J. Tardiff.

Topic

Know any agile coaches? Think you're one? A lot of folks do these days, but what does it mean to be a coach?

Tonight, we'll have a facilitated discussion on coaching, touching on the coaching model advocated by Lyssa Adkins and Michael Spayd through their Agile Coaching Institute. Bring your thoughts, questions, and comments and join us!

My colleague and friend Skip Angel and I did a podcast on the subject a few years ago, exploring those questions; particularly apt is this one that features guest Dhaval Panchal on establishing trust as a coach.

About Michael

I'm Michael J. Tardiff, and I help teams and organizations of all kinds do...

...more of what they’re trying to do...

...whatever it is they want to do, happier and better.  Since 2007, I’ve worked with my colleagues at SolutionsIQ helping our clients as a trainer, coach, facilitator, mentor, and guide. There's more about me on my blog, and (older) episodes of my podcast, The Agile Coach, on iTunes.

I have attended Michael's user story workshop and loved it! Running late, but looking forward attending this.

Sorry, can't make it tonight. Too much is going on. Real bummer too, because this is one of favorite meet-ups.
    Have fun and learn lots!

I've been learning about Agile Coaching - how about something around the Agile Coaching Institute coaching model, or the concept of deep democracy as it applies to high performing teams?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
