Topic: Transforming the culture of organization and mindset of individuals, while ADAPTing to Agile.

How do we make change happen? How to transform the culture of the organization, mindset of individuals, to adapt to something as pervasive as Agile/ Scrum.

This will be a hands on facilitated workshop, by the end of which you will not only have a good understanding of some concepts used/ recommended by Mike Cohn, but also (hopefully) some ideas on practical applications of the same at your organization/ client.

The concepts used in this comes from Mike Cohn's book, "Succeeding with Agile", and does not belong to the speaker/ facilitator.

About the speaker/ facilitator:

Raghu is an Agile Coach/ Scrum Master/ Actor, currently providing his services

to Alaska Airlines. In the past he has worked in New York, Honolulu, and Mumbai in various other positions including Scrum/Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst and Programmer. He has an alphabet soup of certifications CSP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe SPC, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, and CSSGB. More about him here:
