Topic:  STEALTH Debrief (retrospective)

“Afterburner’s fighter pilots have John Boyd's OODA loop burned into their muscle memory. They know what Agility really means and can teach it uncompromisingly to others.”

-Dr. Jeff Sutherland, CEO Scrum, Inc. & Scrum co-founder

Just in time for SEAFAIR and the return of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, join us on July 17th to learn how to hold a retrospective (debrief) like our nation's fighter pilots!

Brian "Ponch" Rivera will deliver an interactive seminar on Afterburner's STEALTH debrief, a nameless and rankless approach to the most important ceremony in Agile.

Afterburner, Inc.

Accelerate your team, portfolio, and enterprise Agile transformation with the tools and techniques used by the world's most Agile teams: Top Gun fighter pilots and elite forces.

Today's business environment resembles combat—it is volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous and sometimes hostile. Organizational agility is the key to survival and at Afterburner we have agility burned into our muscle memory.

Afterburner's Flawless Execution℠ (FLEX) is a holistic Agile framework that features a simple and scalable Plan-Brief-Execute-Debrief cycle that empowers individuals, increases collaboration, and informs future execution.

I appreciate the feedback. I captured all of it and put in our lessons learned. Unfortunately, I am unable to post the material on the site as it is IP. For those who showed up to the Meetup the book you received contains great information on how to conduct a nameless and rankles STEALTH debrief (retrospective) like the Blue Angels. On the topic of OODA. I have noticed the agile community is starting to look at OODA a little more. Dr. Sutherland’s new book will have a chapter on OODA. Afterburner is putting together an OODA Key Note and we may be able to deliver to the Fremont Agile Meetup in October. Something to think about. We do have some Afterburner Key Notes and seminars (closed) coming to the Seattle area next month. If you are interested in learning more, please let me know.

I could host the event at the AGC Building, just north of the Kenmore Air terminal. That's not the true Center of the Universe(tm), but we've got great *views* of Fremont.
