This meeting was probably atypical due to all the business and the lack of a substantial piece to critique.

Hi Jay, I will be there tomorrow, but won't have anything written. Perhaps, I will bring a poem or two. I've been sick for 2-1/2 weeks with a dreadful cold, but I'm now on the mend. Also, I'm realizing that I'm a bit scared to start writing my story. I don't know what that's about ... perhaps, I'm worried I won't be good enough or what I have to say isn't that interesting after all. I even thought of writing a few pages of just that: Fear of failure. Anyhoo, it's now Monday at 4:30pm and I have to go to somewhere at 7pm so I have an excuse not to write. Believe me, I don't want to be deadwood in the group and this stagnant period won't last for ever. I need a good push or a shove to get going and then there will be no stopping me. See you tomorrow,

    Rosemary

Hey Rosemary, I will see you there tonight, but I think at one time or another we all feel like whatever we put on paper is going to be an epic failure. You are talented, never doubt that. And I love your stories. Keep writing, the story will write itself in time, and don't worry about it while you are writing, just get it on paper. :)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
