Butoh-Inspired Model/Studio Session (Art nude, FEE-BASED)

Butoh is a movement art form sometimes included with dance art forms.  The primary signifier of Butoh is the expression of the agony of existence.

I first encountered Butoh decades ago collaborating with a dance troupe inspired by Butoh. The danced nude or very nearly nude, a practice seen sporadically throughout Butoh exhibitions.

This session is limited to 5 photographers, each provided with flash units DEDICATED to individual use.  I will provide assistance/coaching/instruction in lighting, camera work, composition, and directing models.

The model will be Kammeron, a wonderful performer who has visited my studio as model and photographer many times. Kammeron's slender build and delicate bustline are perfectly suited to this presentation.  See samples here: http://www.modelmayhem.com/477152

Kammeron is NOT trained in Butoh but has been studying it since I first suggested this session to her. Do not expect Butoh-correct discipline, but do expect a wonderful exercise in art nude with truly unusual shapes, angles, and attitudes.

We will work with some drapes, and undraped, all with body powder.

Fee is $100 per photographer.

Kammeron is a wonderful model and she did a lot of hard work for those 3 hours.
Len did a lot of setups with different lightings and helped tremendously in getting me through a few hiccups with the radio triggers.
Overall, I learned a lot and it was a very pleasant experience.

Would the model provide a commercial release?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
