The New York Immigration Coalition will host a free community education event on ICE’s new prosecutorial discretion policy and the proposed change by USCIS in the filing procedures for waivers of the 3- & 10-year bars for unlawful presence. 

This workshop is open to all.

• What the proposed change allowing for stateside processing of the waivers of the 3- & 10-year bars means and who it may impact
