Adding Responsive to Your Workflow

Hello Everyone, after a long winter hibernation we are back with an informative Fresh Jersey Meetup!

Responsive design & development has become a integral part of many of the projects we all work on. A variety of tools have been released to the market with the goal of making responsive websites easier to produce. This month we are reviewing the biggest players and will give you an overview of the best options and how they can benefit your UI/UX, design and development

What is that I hear? Not interested in responsive practices? Not to worry there will be plenty of networking, beer and tofurkey(Graciously donated by Mike).

Hope to see you all there!

apologies in advance if this is not the best place for this sort of tools/process-related follow-up, but I just started using Macaw for a new project, & was wondering from Todd or anyone else who's used it since the meetup tool review whether you've found it to be kind of glitchy on positioning stuff? It's the kind of thing where I've got the elements all set across a range of breakpoints for a given page, & if I leave the page & come back to it (or close & re-open), the positioning becomes screwy & behaves unexpectedly in attempts to correct. Is there any support or community forums space for Macaw yet? I like the tool & want to keep using it if the kinks are iron-outable.

Thanks so much, Mike! I had seen the docs & videos page but not the forum, so I will definitely check that out. I'll also keep checking for updates, because I agree that it really seems to have a lot of promise for that front-end phase of projects that need to be delivered across the full range of device/ platform configs & screen resolutions (which is I guess becoming an every-project requirement, really).

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
