Explore a ridge top of ~200 acres along the west escarpment of the Rensselaer Plateau with Appalachian oak forest types and small rocky summit openings. Interesting rocky summit plants include toadflax, corydalis, and many lichens. Great views to the W. Involves a moderately steep hike along logging roads.
