Let's get moving together! Let's go hiking, bike riding or kayaking; let's workout together, get a weekly walking group going, go out dancing or try a yoga class. And when we're done moving let's continue the fun...playing board games, partying, eating good food together, sharing our wisdom with each other, or just hanging out. If you don't have people to do fun stuff like this with....well now you do! Whether you are big, small, skinny or tall you are just right to have good times together us.
Some good reasons to join us include making new friends, networking, adding some spice to your life or fitness routine, losing weight, or doing things that you've always wanted to do. Let us know if there is something you would like to try such as meditation or tai chi and if there is interest in the group then we will do it. And if you would like to help us organize your activity, or any of the other things we do, then all the better! We are building a community of people who are friendly and supportive to each other and want to be active. We are good people just doing our best to live a healthy lifestyle "with a little help from our friends" and we are sure you will fit right in. All ages and fitness levels are welcome - from pre-beginners to advanced. Please don't feel shy or believe you won't fit in because we respect and welcome everyone for who they are.
