Kekekabic Trail trip is less then two weeks away... time for shake down hike or just to tag along with the backpackers. KEK crew, bring your backpacks with full load (should be about 30-33#. Hike duration: Plan on 4 hours or about 8-10 miles. Bring lunch snacks and 2 qts of water. Small print: This hike will be free of pets, tobacco products, and certain electronic devices etc. etc. You need to be in a good enough physical condition to hike 2-2.5 miles per hour including infrequent, short breaks.
Car pooling from my home, meet at 8:20 am, leave at 8:30 am. Will send directions to interested participants.
