We will be doing a 6 to 8 mile hike with various loops to lengthen or shorten the hike.  Bring snacks, drinks, lukeotape (great lasting tape for blister prevention) and trekking poles if you use them.  If you are also interested I'll show the proper way to use trekking poles (Norwegian pole hiking).  This is a good way to prepare for the shoulder season and check out your foot ware!  Meet at the VISITOR CENTER
