Hike and Get Ready for Fall BWCA Trek

Hike with us to get ready for fall BWCA trek in two weeks.  Or just enjoy the autumn day and get acclimatized for the upcoming winter.  We will hike around Pike Island and then meet at visitor center to look at the topo maps and discuss the 3-4 day weekend on October 21 or thereabouts.  Will it be the forbidding Kek or recently cleared Sioux Hustler Trail or the BWCA extreme trip for the unitiated on the burned down Pow Wow Trail??  Join us for hike and discussion of gear on Sunday afternoon.

Prerequisite for meeting us is to be able to arrive to the parking lot! Many have faltered in the past to find it with GPS.  Here are human directions:  Exit from highway 5 exit on highway 5 to Post Road.  Head downhill on Snelling Road past the park entrance and then, following the speed limit, for another mile to the Visitor Center parking lot under the huge concrete bridge above.  Meet at the parking lot.   Small print: This is a pet, and tobacco free hike.  However, bring a quarter bottle of water and a snack.  Enjoy the hike!

I was there but wasn't able to find you. Asked several people and no luck.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
