To watch - Pepin, Ripert, Ming To sample their food creations - Jean Georges, Boulud, Julian Medina ( executive chefs- who knows who's really in the kitchen).
After thinking up all kind of grand concoctions, I think I'd really just like a freshly made banh mi sandwich, with a dollop of sriracha.
Homid, a middle eastern soupy sauce, served over rice, flavored w/ mint, lemon, garlic & meat.
