Beginning Hula Hoop Fitness Class

Learn how to hula hoop while whittling away your core. This is a 5 class session that begins on Saturday, February 6 and goes through Saturday, March 6. The class time is 10am - 11am.

We will focus on the basics of hula hooping: how to keep the hoop around your waist, how to move your arms and legs while hooping so you can do some fun dance moves, how to speed up and slow down the rotation of the hoop, and we will cover the basics of hand hooping.

Adult size hula hoops will be provided for each class. Drop-ins are welcome for $15.
