Getting started with Gulp

  • May 27, 2014 · 7:00 PM

This month Chris Van Patten (@ChrisVanPatten) will giving an awesome talk on Gulp!

"Grunt, guard, brunch... when it comes to front-end build systems, there are plenty to choose from. Gulp, a new kid on the block, might be the best though: it's easy to use, easy to understand, and really fast. In this talk, you'll learn why you should try Gulp, and see a hands-on demonstration of how you can use it to compile Sass, compress images, instantly reload your browser as you work, and more."

I want to help you find the IZEA office. Our address is 480 North Orlando Avenue, Suite #200. Winter Park, FL 32789. Your map app may or may not point to our front door correctly. For reference, the red arrow is where our front door is:http://i.imgur.com/mX3w106.jpg Google maps link: https://www.google.com/maps/dir/28.6019421,-81.3635764..... Our front door is just past the restaurant Brio, which you should see on the left corner at the stop sign after entering Winter Park Village. This is what it looks like street view: http://imgur.com/LssN2Qt If you get here and the door is shut, just ring the doorbell (here's what the door bell looks like: http://i.imgur.com/llg60QQ.jpg) outside and someone will come down to let you in.

If you can't find IZEA or can't get in the building, shoot me an email at [masked]. I'll do my best to walk you through it. See you Tuesday!
