Hometown: Seattle, WA
July 2, 2012
Originally from the Pacific Northwest; moved to Colorado five years ago. When I left Seattle I also left a great group of active friends. I like to combine hiking with socializing which is why Meetup has been such a great find.
If I could hit the trail three times a week, life would be pretty dreamy.
I pretty much like any kind of hike where my legs are moving and the surroundings are nature-y. That being said, I also do like a challenge and enjoy a hike that, when it's all said and done, makes me feel like a rock-star. What I don't like: exposure! eek.
I love Fern Lake in RMNP.
Good to see you again, Christina for the Crater Lake hike.
Hi Cristina- I am from Loveland as well! I just found this group/website hoping to find people with similar interests! :) I am looking to try some new techniques once my husband finishes my craft room for me. Esp. would like to try resin crafts and bookbinding. I will be attending the scrapbook get-together in Sept. Maybe we will see you there?? :) Sharon
Looking forward to doing the 5 K Wild Life Sanctuary with Lorri!
I took Jim's advice and enjoyed Gem & Lily lake. Great suggestions.
Driving home July 1. Hope to be back. Relocation is quite possible! Send my best to all. Instead of good bye, I'll say Auf Wiedersehen.
(See you again) Happy trails! Janet
Hello Christina, I wanted to let you know that I won't beable to make it to the hike tomorrow night :( I'll see you next one for sure!
Hello Christina! I, unfortunately will not beable to make it to the horsetooth hike on the 17th. :( BUT I will come to the next scheduled hike for sure :) Looking forward to meeting everyone!
Sorry, I'm not very good at computers.... yet. :-) I want to let you know I am needing to cancel for tomorrow's hike up horse-tooth. I am bummed about this as I was so looking forward to it. I've never been up the "back side" before. Hope you all have a great time. Thanks. Jesse
Me too! It's been a while now! :-) I'm looking forward to it...hopefully I can keep up with you peak baggers though. You all have been tearin' up the 14'ers. :-)
Hi thanks for the message -- sorry I'm just getting to e-mails (was on the road the past couple of days) and already made plans to hike in RMNP today. Ugh! This would have been fun!
