Lagerman reservoir is a great free place to bombproof roll and train on basics!! Trying to get folks to come!!

Just letting people know about this place in Longmont. It does not allow motorboats or other hazards for the people wanting a safe free place to go over basics! I want to see if there is an interest in meeting me here in the future to help each other learn more about gear,boats,or basic technique. I already have maybe five people that would like to meet here. No firm date or time yet just wanting to see how many people want to come first! This would probably be a good place to try other boats out and meet others! Free parking covered picnic tables and I believe a grill too are there already.

I'm guessing I'm one of the 5 you're already counting on...and yep, I'm still in! Like I said though, I only know some very basic kayaking and I don't have any equipment. Looking to learn technique and get advice on gear. Can't do it this weekend but maybe Sunday, August 2nd?

I'd definitely be interested. I could make it this Sun. After that it would have to be in mid August. I have obligations the first weekend of August. Let me know when you have it finalized.
