Please Keep Your RSVP Up To Date!

Keeping your RSVP status up-to-date for an event is very important. Leaders make plans to accommodate the members and when the numbers change dramatically it has an impact on plans.

It is important to note that when an announcement is first made about an event, it is NOT necessary to say you AREN'T going.

It IS important to change your RSVP if you have made a commitment to go.

Make sense?

IF you said yes and can't go, change the RSVP to NO.

IF you never RSVP'd yes, then a no isn't necessary.

I will be out of town from the 25th Feb to the 4th March or longer if the weather turns to crap as I'm driving.
