JUDGE JOSEPH ROYBAL'S COMMENTS: I loved the energy within the frame and the expression in the man's face with the monkey, or primate on his shoulder. There is so much interest within the frame that holds the viewers attention it works well. Typically, I would state that simplicity and flow within an image makes for a stronger photograph, yet in this instance the action everywhere makes for a lot of relevant interest. Critique: Darken everything within the frame including the man on left of frame with the excepting of the man in the middle - keep him lighter. He is the focal point and thus should keep the other elements as a "support staff."
