There are many photo opportunities at the Rocky Mountain Balloon Festival. There are two mass ascension flights, one on Saturday morning and the other Sunday morning. Also there is a balloon illumination on Saturday evening. Please tell us which ones you would be most interested in attending. Thanks. |

All, One of our members has worked hard to been given permission and arrange an exclusive meetup for our group at the Denver Zoo. The event is for 25 people at $40 a person on Saturday October 13, 2007. The details can be found from one of the previous zoo announcements. This poll is set up to help your organizers determine if we can pull this off and have enough interest. Please be very honest w/your response to the question so we can take appropriate planning measures. Please only respond ?Yes? to this poll if you are very interested and at least 95% sure you will attend the event should we get it set up. If there is not enough interest we will have to pass on this option. Please try and get all responses in by Sept. 21st so we can get any plans started. Thank you, -Bill |

We are thinking of adding an additional meetup each month with more of a social aspect. Oftentimes it is difficult to get to know each other during the "shooting" events, so this would give us a chance to put down the cameras and just hang out together to discuss all things photographic. The idea is to have it on the same day every month (e.g. the first Saturday) so that it is easy to remember and plan for. Are you interested in this idea? |
