One last reminder that I would love for you to come hang out with me on my birthday TONIGHT!

In fact, I have two exciting events coming up! 

First off, my birthday, smile, Thursday, October 11th. You are invited. It's not really a birthday party, but a NO-CHARGE SPIRITUAL SUPPORT GROUP that happens to fall on my birthday -- your presence will be my presents. We will practice deep group meditation, pass the talking stick, and support each other in our challenges with applying spiritual power to daily living and advancing our spiritual practices. 

The following week begins an eight-week deep meditation class called MEDITATION IS MORE THAN WHAT YOU THINK.
