This group is intended to introduce you to various health and fitness exercises and programs. We are open to everyone who wants to get in shape, stay in shape, lose weight, get fit, build lean muscle, and get on track to a healthy exercise program. Our workshops and programs encompass fitness exercises, core training, martial arts, kickboxing, muay thai, mma (mixed martial arts), yoga, flexibility & stretching, strength training, cardio exercise, grappling, juijitsu, and anything to motivate and educate YOU. Anyone interested in learning, training, getting fit, and staying fit and understands the importance of exercise in one's lifestyle should join. YOU should join. We want to help you incorporate fitness into your life so you can live healthier and improve the QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE. Each workshop will focus on different aspects of fitness so don't miss one! RSVP, because space is limited. The venue is located in (North OC) Fullerton at the Zo Fitness and Training Center off the 91 & 5 Fwy. Cross streets are Commonwealth and Brookhurst. Note: We'll also touch on some aspects of karate, kungfu, tai chi, self defense combat training, aikido - joint locks, nutrition education, and dieting to lose weight and to improve overall health and vitality.
