Welcome to Fulton Tennis!

We are open to women, men and youth -- anyone who is interested in playing and any skill level. Our main purpose is to provide a forum for tennis enthusiasts to be active and social and to enjoy the outdoors.

This is a very informal, unorganized organization ...  :-)

 

Our group has a mix of skill levels and different interests.  Some like to simply hit, while others are more interested in matches.  We usually do whatever seems to be majority preference of those who show up.

 

"Matches" are scheduled as "Pick-up Tennis" on varying days of the week and varying locations. We frequently play at

  • Schooley Mill Park (Fulton)
  • Centennial Park – West (Columbia)
  • Long Reach High School (Columbia)
  • Fairland Recreation Park – Outdoor (Burtonsville)


We play at public (free) courts because the organizer wants to avoid the hassle of collecting money.  The drawback is that we are not able to reserve courts and court availability can be an issue.

Any member of the Fulton Tennis meetup group can schedule a match.
