The Dailey Method - FREE class

Normally we like to start at 9am, but you won’t want to sleep in and miss this! The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, muscle strengthening, yoga, and orthopedic exercises. This challenging one-hour barre exercise class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. All movement is controlled and very focused, effective, and safe.

Once the workout is over, we'll spend some time talking about our Journey 2 Wellness and discussing our event finale. Come join us!
