Female friendships are a vital part of being a woman! Though, the older we get, the harder it seems it is to make close connections. Work and life get in the way. This group is here to break those barriers and create environments for cohesive friendships. Get together with fun females in their 20's (no younger than 21), 30's, and 40's in Sacramento. Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Antelope, Rocklin, Roseville...pretty much all of Sacramento! If you're looking to make close friendships and a new or expanding social circle, join us! Wide range of activities like dinners, book clubs, movies, wine tasting, cooking/art classes, spa days, live shows, happy hours, BBQs, game nights and the list goes on! Occasionally, there will even be co-ed activities for members and their significant others/guy friends. Looking to meet new friends the same age in the same general area? Then this is the meet up!

Please be sure if you send a request to join, you provide a complete profile picture of yourself. Requests without a FACIAL profile picture of yourself or profile pics advertising a service or product will not be accepted.
Home parties are not prohibited per se, but must be cleared with the Organizer before posting, and the group may not be used solely to promote a business. Home party events will be limited throughout the year, so as not to overload the group with sales events.The person hosting/throwing the party may not be a consultant. Also, the consultant/hostess must be doing it in a spirit of fun, not a high pressured sales party. This tactic is a complete "turn off" and again...not the focus of this group.
Be sure to answer all questions asked to join the group. These must be complete before the request to join the group is accepted. This includes the "age" question. You are not required to put an exact age, but something like "30's","40's", "mid 20's", "over 21", "mid-30's", "mid 40's" is acceptable. People will often look to see if there are people in their age range attending the events.
Meetup dues are A VERY LOW $5/ per year...about the cost of a cup of coffee from Starbucks. This helps with meetup costs, event supplies. It, also, helps to promote more involved members. The benefits you receive from this wonderful group of ladies will FAR outweigh the $5/ year.
Any member who has not been active with the group for 4 months will be removed, regardless of paid dues. You are always welcome to rejoin if you are able to participate and will only have to repay dues when they come due again.
Please keep in mind before joining this group-an RSVP is a social commitment you make to the host of the event, the other guests and yourself. If your plans change, please be courteous by communicating with the organizer directly and updating your RSVP as soon as possible. No shows will result in instant removal from the group. You will NOT receive a refund of membership dues if this occurs. A last minute cancellation WILL qualify as a no show, unless you have communicated with the organizer (with a valid reason- emergency, illness, work, etc). The organizer works hard to plan events, and is often required to make reservations and so on, based on you saying that you will attend. Keep in mind, regardless of the reason for cancelations/no-shows, if it happens habitually- you will be asked to re-evaluate your availability for the group.

If you're interested in hosting an event for the group, we only ask that you have attended three meetups prior so that we have had the chance to meet you and get to know who you are. Anyone can host an event and you DO NOT have to host it in your home. It can be any activity in the community (dinners, movies, plays, comedy shows, festivals, etc).
In the past I have had some ask about posting party nights centering around products. This is not prohibited if the person hosting the party is not a consultant. The group is not intended solely to promote your business. Its main purpose is friendship and connections with like-minded women.
