The Fun Fit Body boot camp is free, and designed to give you a great full body workout that is challenging and yet fun to do.
The workouts include cardio, body weight resistance, kettlebells, plyometrics, interval training, functional moves, circuit training, fitness games, and more. All the exercises will be shown with modifications so that no matter what shape you’re in, you can train at your own level.
We specifically group and constantly change exercises to keep your muscles confused, challenged, and working in new ways. We include functional moves that strengthen your body in way you use it naturally throughout the day, along with fun exercises to make the workout enjoyable. This program is designed for overall whole body strength and endurance. It will give you more energy and a very toned and sculpted look.
About me, I’ve spent several years working in the fitness field as a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and swim instructor. I was the director of a sport training physical therapy clinic, I’ve managed two different health clubs, and have run numerous boot camps. What that time has taught me is that your enjoyment is at the core of everything. We all have to work, but we don’t have to work out. And if you don’t enjoy the work outs you’re doing, and look forward to them, you’ll eventually stop going. And so that’s what our focus is all about…creating a fun and interesting program that makes you want to work out, while still being challenging enough to put you in great shape.
Bring some water, a towel or mat, and a pair of dumbbells if you have them, and some water. I recommend that women bring a pair of 5 or 10lb dumbbells, and guys bring 10 or 15lbs or heavier, to start. If you don't have them, don't worry, just come on out.
Come on out, tone up your body, find muscles you never knew you had, and have fun getting in shape!
