As a vegetarian for more than eight years, I have enjoyed many benefits including better energy level, healthier and happier from the diet that I never thought I would have. I want to give the words out and encourage people to try the vegetarian diet themselves.

If everyone tries to eat the V-diet at least one day each week, the doctor visits would be less frequently and thus help people to save money. Don't we all want to stay healthy and have a happy life?

Anyone who is interested in trying out the V-diet whether is for the first time or being a part-time or full-time vegetarian is very welcome to join us and share the ideas of how to eat tasty and healthy V-diet.

It's great to learn that there are so many veggies or p/t or potential veggies in the NYC area.  We talk about health, spiritual growth, environment and the love for all beings - including animals. Veggies are one kind of people who know what they want and what they are doing in life. They are nice, friendly and generous and love to stay harmony with others in the society.  I'll be very happy to see the number of veggies keep growing.
