Road trip this Sunday. Come ski, snowboard, shop, sight see, snowshoe, x-c ski, or go to the spa in Tremblant for this day trip. Tremblant is our region's winter capital for fun. Carpooling encouraged.
Join our day trip to Tremblant this Sunday. We carpool together to save $ and enjoy the ride. If anyone wants to propose leaving earlier or later, go ahead and suggest this, as we're flexible. $20 per seat in carpool to Tremblant Village, goes towards gas.
Other Tremblant activities: You may also check out skating, snowshoeing to the top of the mountain, dog sledding, or try your hand at trapping an animal for fur or eating the traditional aboriginal way. Of course, apres ski too is always a good way to trap something.
Cross-country ski: If you prefer cross-country skiing, why not check out the Domaine Saint-Bernard Cross-Country ski facility. It's comparatively cheap at $18.50 and just as exciting to enjoy the winter Tremblant scene. I usually do this if I have more than one day at Tremblant or to get the muscles worked out prior to the spa. You can also check out their snow shoeing trails too or winter hiking trails.
Spa only: Those who wish to attend the Scandinavian Spa can do so for as little as $48. This is an amazing place, where wild deer often stroll through the grounds, one can take a dip in a ice hole in the river, or enjoy the warmth of a waterfall, steam bath, sauna, and various hot and cold tubs surrounded by nature.
Village: You can also stroll around the village to shop and dine, ride up the gondola for $16.89 to the top to catch the mountain top view and enjoy the chalet vistas with a hot chocolate or beer. Another option too is the casino.
Lift Ticket deals: Skiing at Tremblant can be cheap. You don`t have to pay $79 for a lift ticket, unless you really want to. CostCo has a Tremblant deal for $57.50 per day when you buy two vouchers at once for just $134.99 (includes two $10 food voucher worth $20) or 3 for $199.99 (including three $10 food vouchers worth $30). Otherwise, there are a range of options available to those who want a discount lift ticket. One option I may recommend to those who want two or more lift tickets is the Latitude card for $63.20 per day and that provides other savings benefits. Or, you can simply buy a half day ticket for $59 per day that provides you access around noontime, which is close to when we are expected to arrive anyway.
Free to those who bought passes: This weekend is free for those who bought their T-66 season pass ($399) or Sublime pass ($749). If you bought either of these passes, you may realize that skiing / snowboarding at Tremblant can be cheap. You don`t have to pay $79 for a lift ticket, unless you really want to. With these passes, I have skied for as little as between $13 and $49.50, depending on my frequency of visits. By buying these deals, you can ski more regularly and get more out of winter, as your skills improve through the season. Overnight stay opportunities abound as well, when skiing is so cheap.
Those who want to ski and spa afterwards, can also buy the Ski and Scandinavian Spa Package for $89.99 saving you $37 total. Or, we can go for our traditional apres ski beer at La Forge when the chair lifts close.
