Caught by the Monads: An introduction to Monads via error and exception handling

A general look at error handling using monads for pure error handling (such as using monads like Maybe do for simple error-handling) which will serve as a gentle introduction to monads. Using baseline examples in Haskell let's also compare how other functional languages catch and react to exceptions too !
