This is a group for like minded individuals who are interested in Functional Fitness and martial arts. The goal is to build a community which we could all learn from to create a healthier life style. 

The meets ups in this group will be structured around weight loss, health, fitness, core training, kettle bells, meditation, stress release, yoga, tai chi, qi gong, wing chun, hung gar and muay thai.   

  As the weather gets warmer I would also like to do some outdoor activities like Mountain Biking, Kayaking, Hiking, Archery and maybe Falconry. 

Eventually I would like to form a team to enter adventure races, mud runs, triathlons and other races.
