High Intensity Circuit Training v 2

So I got a lot of great feed back on the first and a bunch of request to do it again so here it is High intensity Circuit training class 2 Full body Functional training with a focus on core. In this meetup there will be four circuits each starting with a dynamic stretching exercise leading into different calisthenics and plyometric exercises targeting each of the muscle groups including the fast twitch muscle fibers in that group. The last circuit will consist of mostly stagnant postures for muscle endurance. Once the circuits are completed we will move into Kettlebell exercise. The session should last about an hour, individuals should stay at their own pace and stop when needed. I am going to limit this meetup to 6 individuals. When we are done we discuss what to do for your next meetup. Location is going to be at 45 Ramsey road suite 18, Shirley NY, 11967. Saturday Jan 25th at 11am If you have any question please ask.     hey right after this meetup we are going to have another meetup where we are hitting the heavy bag and mitts, 12pm-12:45pm, so far we have two signed up for it and we have space for 6 more. so if anyone wants to learn some combos and try them out on the heavy bag it would be a good meet up for them.
