Alright guys, I am thinking this is going to be last workout before I change the format to shock the muscles, we could discuss it after the class incase you guys want more workouts with the same format. Also I am working on getting some more lighter kettlebells and medicine balls and most likely in the future I want to introduce more advance kettlebell exercises. I am going to add an additional ab burn outs and some muscle confusion exercise in this one.
Full body Functional training with a focus on core. In this meetup there will be four circuits each starting with a dynamic stretching exercise leading into different calisthenics and plyometric exercises targeting each of the muscle groups including the fast twitch muscle fibers in that group. The last circuit will consist of mostly stagnant postures for muscle endurance. Once the circuits are completed we will move into Kettlebell exercise. The session should last about an hour, individuals should stay at their own pace and stop when needed. Location is going to be at 45 Ramsey road suite 18, Shirley NY, 11967.
