4th Functional Groningen Meetup: Functional Reactive Programming

The topic was originally scheduled for the third meetup, but was postponed because of the lower attendance numbers.

The fourth Functional Groningen meetup will go in detail in how to use the strengths of functional programming in a different environment than someone would normally think of.

Combing the fundamentals of functional programming with the theory of reactive programming, this talk is going to show how behaviours, signals andevents can be used create a functional reactive environment suited to transform streams and data flows.

These building blocks will be shown in action to structure both highly scalable event-driven / reactive backend systems as more complex user flows in end-user interfaces.
