WildLights Holiday Festival

Seattle's wildest winter holiday lights festival, WildLights returns for a second year with more lights, more animals, and more fun. The favorite new holiday tradition features wild animals and wild places recreated in hundreds of thousands of sparkling LED lights. Experience amazing indoor and outdoor light displays, see a few of our animal friends—including visiting reindeer—have a faux-snowball fight with your family, and enjoy carolers singing the joy of the holiday season.

Runs Nov. 24 - Jan. 4, so let's all pick a date we can go? The event is from 5:30 - 8:30. Who's interested?

We're in Issaquah, and it's not raining. We're going to go, hopefully we'll see some of you there!

Ok, I guess we should postpone. It's pretty cold and icy out there, and the chance of rain this evening is still 90%. I hope everyone can make it on Monday? That's the next day we're free. Lauren?

I'm pretty sure we could do Monday :) Mu husband had to leave to go to the office and told me he was slipping and sliding out of our neighborhood. I know he is worried about ice with the coming rain :/

That is a very, very good question. Thoughts? We could look at another day too... I believe Monday was suggested by Alana.

Update: The south entrance will be closed. According to their website, "Entry to the event will be through the West Entrance only on Phinney Ave. N. between N. 55th & N. 56th Sts. or off N. 59th St. & Phinney Ave. N."

So...let's meet at the West Entrance.

One more day! South entrance sounds like a good plan, thanks Stacey. We'll spend a while there to try to collect everyone. When you walk in, if you go straight forward you hit the "African Village" spot, where you can see the giraffes. You can call or text me at[masked]-5163. If you haven't been before, the zoo lets you take in both strollers and food.

So, my mother in law will be in town and she will be joining us. Along with a few other family members (brother-in-law & wife and my brother). I am excited! It seems like we will have a nice group to explore the zoo with.

This is my first meetup with this group. I was hoping it would be ok if my husband and I joined but am not sure where to meet or how to get in touch with anyone

You are definitely welcome to join us! All of our events are open to whoever wants to come, and you are always welcome to suggest your own meetup as well. I'll look forward to meeting you on Friday.!
