G1.1 Outdoors is a the Meetup site of Bayside Adventure Sports (BAS). G1.1 is code for Genesis 1:1 which says, "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." We say, God Created the Earth... Ride IT, Climb IT, Catch IT, Explore IT, Protect IT! BAS was launched in response to a growing need to provide new and innovative ways to attract and attach outdoor enthusiasts. Founded in 1998, BAS has grown into a thriving 501c3 non-profit ministry with 12 sports offering dozens of multi-day and hundreds of single day annual adventures ranging from 20 mile white knuckle mountain bike rides on some of Northern California’s best single track to multi-day snowshoeing trips to pristine snow covered mountain tops. For men, women, kids and families, if you are looking for adventure in a fun and safe Christian environment, BAS and G1.1 Outdoors is your answer!
