Welcome to Broward's top Social Gay and Lesbian Fitness Bootcamps!  With different types of bootcamps each week, we know you will enjoy the one suited to you!  



At all of our boot camps, you will enjoy outdoor (weather permitting) or indoor fitness boot camps guaranteed to get your adrenaline flowing.  And, you will meet new and old friends, promote yourselves and your businesses.  



We will be scheduling our boot camps at least twice a month on Saturday mornings.  However, we will be flexible with our schedule based upon our member's schedules.
