Skin the Droid in WebGL - HTML5 Workshops

And another meetup / workshop with our guest Martin! This time focused on 3D graphics in the browser!

Skin the droid in WebGL
WebGL makes 3D in the browser possible without plugins, THREE.js makes it fun. In this codelab, you will experiment with the basics of 3D (camera, lighting, geometries, materials) and then with more advanced models and effects (normal mapping, bump mapping, environment map, ...). Only Javascript is needed. No prior 3D rendering knowledge required.

Unfortunately, I can't be there today. Will there be any presentation/materials/repository available after the meeting?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
