Wearscript (wearscript.com) is an Apache 2.0-licensed platform for Glass development that combines:
(1) an HTML5 API on Glass for accessing native functionality such as timeline management and sensors
(2) a web-based IDE that can dynamically load code straight onto Glass(es)
(3) a sharing platform for scripts (weariverse.com).
The philosophy is that because context-aware wearable computing needs to be sufficiently customized to achieve maximum usability and utility, rapid prototyping is particularly important and powerful in the development workflow. Sharing of scripts allows everyone to quickly benefit from and extend others' scripts to suit their own purposes.
