What the h#"% is WebRTC and how do I use it?

WebRTC (web real-time communication) is one of the hottest buzzwords this year and have been hyped as the future standard of communication services. But few have yet gotten experience with actually working with it. This talk will give you an introduction to what webRTC is, the history behind it, what you can use it for and current challenges with it. is a service for video conversations in the browser that was launched in August, by a team in Telenor Comoyo.  Two of their developers, Dag-Inge Aas and Trond Kjetil Bremnes, will share their experiences with working with a live product that in a short period of time have become one of the leading webRTC-based products.

Please note! At recent meetups we have seen that a lot of people have registered for the meetups but haven't showed up. This is unfortunate, as there have been many people on the waiting list who've wanted to attend. For this reason we will start matching the names of those attending to the ones that have registered for the event.
